Microfabrication Services

Microlith will operate an autonomous microfabrication facility in Corvallis, Oregon. Fast turn-around and custom process development will be offered. The list of supported processes will grow as features are added to the microfabrication machine.

First Capabilities

• 50mm wafer processing; 100mm planned
• Electroless Ni deposition; Au, Cu, Sn planned
• Positive resist and SU-8 processing
• KOH etching for cleave lines and membrane release; autonomous singulation planned
• Future features include: CVD, MOCVD, wafer bonding, in-situ metrology and many more

Policies

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All orders are non-refundable once processing begins. Cancellations must be requested before processing begins.

Design Security

Design files and recipes are encrypted browser-side before transmission to Microlith servers. Decryption occurs temporarily during quote generation and fabrication. These unencrypted files are never written to disk; they only exist in RAM.

An additional layer of security may be added with the passphrase option in the recipe editor. With this option enabled, Microlith can only access design files when provided that passphrase. An email will be sent requesting the passphrase when the order reaches the front of the work queue.

Payment is processed through Stripe. Microlith does not store payment information. Only ACH payments are accepted.
